Grant of License
Nicholas Panek / HauntSync.com grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, flat-rate license to use these audiovisual files for physical, live-environment displays at a single property.
What You Can Do
You may duplicate these files onto as many devices, flash drives, media players, TVs, or projectors as you need — as long as they all operate within one single physical location. If you have 15 projectors, make 15 copies.
These files are cleared for commercial and personal physical displays including haunted attractions, home haunts, escape rooms, theatrical events, window and door projections, private parties, and anything else happening in person at your venue. Project them on a wall, a fog screen, a mesh net, or a toilet. I don't care.
You may crop, reframe, color-shift, mute the audio, adjust volume, or otherwise modify these files to fit your space and setup.
You may post short promotional videos or teasers of your venue on social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) if the loops appear incidentally as part of your physical environment. The loop must be a background element of your venue — not the subject of the post.
If a customer films a walkthrough of your haunt and your loops are playing in the background, they're fine. I do not use automated copyright fingerprinting.
What You Cannot Do
This license covers one physical address. If you operate attractions at two separate locations, you need two licenses. No exceptions.
You may not upload, broadcast, stream, or distribute these files — raw, edited, or in any other form — as standalone content to any online platform. This includes YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Vimeo, personal websites, and anywhere else on the internet. Posting your venue promo with the loop in the background is fine (see above). Uploading the loop itself is not.
You may not resell, sublicense, share, gift, or otherwise transfer these files to any third party.
You may not use these files, in whole or in part, to train, fine-tune, or develop any artificial intelligence or machine learning model.

All intellectual property rights in these audiovisual files remain exclusively with Nicholas Panek / HauntSync.com. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved.
