No. These files are strictly licensed for physical, in-person venue displays only. They cannot be used for online digital content creation.
They will be totally fine. I do not use automated copyright fingerprinting, so your guests' videos won't get auto-flagged. However, nobody is allowed to upload the clean, standalone audio or video loops to any online platform.
Yes, as long as it is a promotional video for your physical venue and the loop is just a background element of the environment. You just cannot upload the loop by itself as a standalone video.

Some of these are disturbing. It depends on your neighborhood or your HOA, but some will absolutely have blood and other disturbing imagery.
